AAVMC is pleased to announce that Ms. Lisa Greenhill has been hired as the new Associate Executive Director for Diversity. Many of our members may remember Ms. Greenhill, as she worked for AAVMC in the past on government affairs issues and as the staff liaison to the Multicultural Affairs Committee.

"We are very pleased to have her back," says Dr. Bennie Osburn, AAVMC President. "Diversity is critical to our profession."

Ms. Greenhill joins our staff from the Association of Women's Health, Obstetric and Neonatal Nurses. There she serves as Legislative Manager and as a member of the association's diversity task force.  She holds an MPA with an emphasis in Public Policy from George Mason University.  Her start date is September 15, 2004.
