VMCAS Advisor Portal

 
The VMCAS advisor portal is your link to your students' applications. The portal will allow you to determine if your applicants have successfully submitted their applications. Once the cycle concludes, and schools make their decisions, the VMCAS Advisor Portal will update with final decisions on your applicants (Not Yet available...COMING SOON).

*If you had an account during last cycle, your same username and password should be used to access the VMCS 2012 applicant portal.
 
** Important Notes:
  • The VMCAS Advisor Portal is intended for the use of official pre-health advisors at each institution. Your information will be verified prior to receiving access to this portal. You will receive an email letting you know when your account has been approved by VMCAS.
     
     
  • If you are NOT a member of the National Association of Advisors in the Health Professions (NAAHP), please fax a letter, on institution letterhead, from your president or provost designating you as an official health profession advisor to VMCAS at (202) 682-1122. Or you may email the letter to advisors@aavmc.org
