Committee Charge

 

• Consider and select the process(es) and procedures to be used to develop a strategic plan or road map

• Develop a visionary plan to guide AAVMC in assisting its member institutions in addressing their missions and needs for the future, taking into consideration other internal committee task force and recommendations

• Review and update strategic plan or road map annually

• Develop a proposed budget for strategic planning activities
