The AAVMC 2006 Annual Meeting, Education Symposium, Career Fair and Leadership workshops will take place from Thursday, March 9 - Tuesday, March 14, 2006, and will be held at the Wyndham, Washington DC.

Hotel Reservations:

In order to reserve a hotel room at the Wyndham, please call (202) 429-1700.  When calling, please mention that you are attending the "AAVMC Annual Conference 2006," in order to receive the conference rate, which is $159/night plus 14.5% sales and occupancy tax.  Please note that the room block is only guaranteed through February 9, 2006.  Rooms can be cancelled up until 24 hours before check-in.

NOTE:  Space at the Wyndham is filling up quickly! (Updated 2/14/06)

If the Wyndham is sold out for the nights that you need to stay, we've arranged for space at the Residence Inn Vermont Avenue , which is located 1 block away from the Wyndham.  We have secured a room block, with a rate of $209/night plus tax.  If you are not able to make reservations at the Wyndham, please contact the Residence Inn at (800) 331-3131.  When calling, reference the "AAVMC Annual Meeting" to take advantage of the group rate. This room block is guaranteed through February 24, subject to availability.  Make your reservations today!

Registration:

Please note that registration for any of the Leadership Workshops is not included in any other registration.  If you wish to attend any of the Leadership Workshops, you must register for them seperately.
