The
AAVMC 2006 Annual Meeting, Education Symposium, Career Fair
and Leadership workshops will take place from Thursday, March
9 - Tuesday, March 14, 2006, and will be held at the Wyndham,
Washington DC.

Hotel
Reservations:
In
order to reserve a hotel room at the Wyndham, please call
(202) 429-1700. When calling, please mention that you
are attending the "AAVMC Annual Conference 2006,"
in order to receive the conference rate, which is $159/night
plus 14.5% sales and occupancy tax. Please note that
the room block is only guaranteed through February
9, 2006. Rooms can be cancelled up until 24
hours before check-in.
NOTE:
Space at the Wyndham is filling up quickly! (Updated 2/14/06)
If
the Wyndham is sold out for the nights that you need to stay,
we've arranged for space at the Residence Inn Vermont Avenue
, which is located 1 block away from the Wyndham. We
have secured a room block, with a rate of $209/night plus
tax. If you are not able to make reservations at the
Wyndham, please contact the Residence Inn at (800) 331-3131.
When calling, reference the "AAVMC Annual Meeting" to take
advantage of the group rate.

you wish to attend any of the Leadership Workshops, you must
register for them seperately.
