Kendall Young joined the AAVMC in March 2017 as the Data Analyst and Project Manager before becoming Associate Director for Institutional Research and Diversity.
She is primarily responsible for research project management for the AAVMC’s institutional research and diversity portfolio and works on implementing programming related to admissions, recruiting and diversity.
Previously, she worked as Program Manager for Access, Diversity and Inclusion with the American Dental Education Association.
Kendall received her BA in International Studies from American University in Washington, DC and MPA with a concentration in nonprofit management from George Mason University in Fairfax, VA.
She is an avid traveler, loves the outdoors, and spends most weekends with friends and family. Kendall lives in Virginia with her husband and mini long-haired dachshund named Penny.
