Kendall Young

Kendall Young joined the AAVMC in March 2017 as Data Analyst and Project Manager before becoming Associate Director for Organizational Health.

She is primarily responsible for research project management for AAVMC’s institutional research and diversity portfolio and works on implementing programming related to admissions and recruiting.

Previously, she worked as Program Manager for Access, Diversity and Inclusion with the American Dental Education Association.

Young received her BA in International Studies from American University in Washington, DC, and her MPA with a concentration in nonprofit management from George Mason University in Fairfax, VA.

She is an avid traveler, loves the outdoors, and spends most weekends with friends and family. She lives in Virginia with her husband and a mini long-haired dachshund named Penny.
