We also talk about the work of the late Dr. Donald Smith that sought to highlight and promote the inclusion and advancement of women and minorities in leadership within the profession. This episode of Diversity and Inclusion is dedicated to Dr. Smith who was dean emeritus at Cornell University’s College of Veterinary Medicine.
