As you develop the Fiscal Year 2026 budget and appropriations bills, we strongly urge you to provide more resources for the respective Agriculture, Rural Development, Food and Drug Administration, and Related Agencies Appropriations Subcommittees to significantly increase discretionary funding for crucial U.S. Department of Agriculture (USDA) programs to support America’s farmers, improve the security of our food supply, and restore our nation’s agricultural communities.
