Manager for Member Engagement

Monique Pierce serves as the Manager for Member Engagement at the AAVMC. In this role, she’s responsible for the learn platform, connect communities, AAVMC’s NEON contacts database, and more.
Monique has a diverse background in community engagement, ranging from learning management system development to volunteer recruitment. Over the course of her career, she has gained experience in a variety of environments, including R1 research institutions and the House of Representatives. She is a graduate of Columbia College of Missouri.
Outside of work, she enjoys reading biographies, discovering new coffee shops, and spending quality time with friends and family. She’s a dedicated dog parent to Millie, a beloved Puggle.
