Exposure Scientist and Environmental Epidemiologist Dr. Courtney Carignan has contributed to public health interventions aimed at reducing exposures to flame retardants, PFAS, and arsenic. She is the principal investigator and lead author of “Self-Collection Blood Test for PFASs: Comparing Volumetric Microsamplers with a Traditional Serum Approach” published in the peer-reviewed journal Environmental Science & Technology.
