Primary Care Veterinary Educators’ Symposium
PCVE 2024 is October 16th – 19th and will be hosted at The Ohio State University.
The Primary Care Veterinary Educators (PCVE) is focused on helping improve instructional practices in veterinary medical clinical education. Every year, the group convenes an annual meeting that explores and shares best practices in an area of academic veterinary medicine that helps faculty members best prepare students for clinical veterinary practice.
What is a Primary & Secondary Registrant?
One college-designated representative (“Primary Registrant“) from each AAVMC International and United States member institution will be provided registration, accommodation, and a travel subsidy of up to USD 750 (e.g., airfare, ground shuttle) to attend the meeting. The symposium is directed primarily to small animal primary care education, so the sponsored attendance is restricted to small animal primary care educators.
All other College-designated representatives (“Secondary Registrant“): Travel and hotel accommodation arrangements should be made on your own. There is no limit to how many Secondary Registrants a College can have.
Please save all travel receipts and submit them electronically (originals are not required) for reimbursement following the symposium to accounting@aavmc.org along with your name, mailing address, and who the check should be made out to.
