Welcome to VMCAS!
Your journey begins here, with your VMCAS application. It's our goal to ensure that you are given all the tools you need to prepare you for your veterinary medical education career! It takes a lot of preparation, and research to decide where you are going to apply, and your VMCAS staff is here to help you all the way through your application process. Here are a few tips to get you started:
Veterinary schools have varying requirements: Make sure you fully research each of the schools you plan to apply to, and make sure you understand
ALL of the requirements for each!
Educate yourself about VMCAS: Learn how the VMCAS Evaluation Process works, give thought to your personal statement, talk to students who have already applied.
Time is important: The actual application cycle is five (5) months - June through October. The VMCAS 2013 application will open early June 2013 and the deadline is:
October 2nd, 2012 at 1:00pm Eastern Time, No exceptions!

- VMCAS does not provide copies of evaluations to evaluators/applicants or non-VMCAS schools.
